Water kept filling until it ran over the door sill onto the tile. The inlet valve was not closing fully and the float had gummed up. Both replaced. Four stars, because it took two calls to get booked.

Gated street off Tatum, and water from the door slowed to a dribble and tasted stale. The filter housing had cracked at its fitting and was bypassing, which our hard water had not helped. New housing, proper flow.
