Builder install, and the upper rack had been sagging on broken rollers until it fouled the wash arm. He changed the rollers and the arm bearing, then levelled the machine, which nobody had ever done.

Roasts scorched underneath and never coloured on top. The door gasket had flattened along one side and heat was escaping there. A new gasket and a hinge adjustment sorted it. Four stars because the first visit ran late.

Newer build out here and our range had never had proper attention. Three burners threw uneven, spitting flames off pitted caps and blocked ports. He cleaned the ports, fitted new caps, and lit each one for me.
