About

One make of kitchen, one desert, and a meter.

We are not a dealer, a franchise or a dispatch board with a phone number. We are technicians who spend the working week inside Phoenix kitchens on the same four Viking appliances.

That narrowness is the point. A professional range is a gas appliance before it is a cooker: the burners are cast, the simmer circuits are pressure sensitive and the oven cavity holds enough mass that a lazy calibration will sit sixty degrees out for years without anybody noticing. Knowing one family properly beats knowing thirty roughly.

The climate is the other half of the job. Condenser coils here silt up with field dust and haboob grit, compressors run through afternoons in the low hundreds with no night to recover in, hard water scales a wash arm inside a couple of seasons, and monsoon outages take control boards with them. Half the faults we see are the desert rather than the appliance, and saying so out loud is usually cheaper for the customer than a part.

Viking Pro Repair Phoenix has worked this metro since 2012.

Wire brush, pliers, nut drivers and screwdrivers above sorted washers, nuts and screws on a cloth
Every fastener that comes out is laid out in order, and everything goes back on the shim heights it came off.

How the work is done

Four rules that do not bend.

  1. Gas first, electronics second

A professional range is a gas appliance before it is anything else. Manifold pressure gets checked against the rating plate, the air shutters get set, and every joint we break is leak-tested before the van leaves the driveway.

  2. A reading beats a guess

Resistance, pressure, cavity temperature, drain flow — measured, written down and shown to you. Swapping parts at a symptom until it goes away is quick for us and expensive for you, so we do not work that way.

  3. The number comes before the tools

One figure covering parts and labour, agreed before anything is opened. It does not move once work starts unless we find something and stop to tell you first.

  4. Desert kitchens get desert advice

Dust off the fields, monsoon power cuts and hard water do measurable damage here. We say which of them caused today’s fault and what interval keeps it from coming back, whether or not that sells another visit.

Credentials

What we hold, stated plainly.

Licensed, bonded and insured. We provide our licence number to customers on request.

Gas work is carried out by a licensed technician and every joint we break is leak-tested before the van leaves. Ask on the call and you will be told who is coming and what they are qualified to touch.
